Heal Yourself Reading Tarot Cards
Draw three tarot cards and interpret the spread for my upcoming week.
A standard tarot deck divides into two main categories: the 22 Major Arcana tarot cards and the 56 Minor Arcana tarot cards, totaling 78 cards.
Major Arcana (22 Cards)
What they represent: Big life lessons, karmic influences, and major spiritual transitions.
Numbering: Numbered from 0 (The Fool) to 21 (The World).
Themes: Major turning points, long-term paths, and archetypal human experiences (e.g., The Magician, Death, The Tower, The Sun).
Minor Arcana (56 Cards)
What they represent: Daily events, immediate choices, and the specific details of everyday life.
Structure: Divided into four suits of 14 cards each. Each suit links to a classical element:
Cups (Water): Emotions, intuition, relationships, and the heart.
Wands (Fire): Passion, inspiration, energy, and action.
Swords (Air): Thoughts, communication, logic, and challenges.
Pentacles or Coins (Earth): Career, money, physical health, and material security.
